Hello and Welcome!
I am Birgit, LMT with certification in advanced medical massage.
I am also a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience and a Special Needs mom.
Because of my son’s condition, I have learned that focusing only on treating the symptoms, doesn’t always address the root cause. It is about combining the physical and emotional body and mind. Through my research and love of learning, I have also become certified in Aromatherapy Coaching, Raindrop Technique, Energy Work and Chakra Cleansing with a Master level certification in Reiki.
I believe that incorporating massage with westernized medicine can assist in pain, stress, and anxiety reduction which increases relaxation to aid in healing, and much more.
